Cypress Pointe Health & Wellness in Houston, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time roles in skilled nursing. The position supports a care team and follows the physician's plan of care.

You will observe and report patient conditions, document progress, assist in complex nursing situations, and follow universal precautions. A state license and CPR certification are required, with 1 year of RN/LPN/LVN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as an LPN/LVN/RN required
• Current state license as an LPN/LVN/RN
• CPR certification required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and coordination of total patient care with RN and physician’s plan of care
• Accurately report and record patient condition and care
• Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries
• Assist physician and RN in complex nursing situations
• Follow universal precautions during patient care
• Follow emergency procedures for catastrophic events
