Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of experience.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (TX) required.
• BLS-CPR certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following nursing standards.
• Document patient demographics, treatments and nursing interventions.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes; assist with transporting patients.
• Maintain timely, neat documentation in patient records to meet quality standards.
• Support patient flow by updating bed status and coordinating transfers.
