• California LVN license in good standing
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of CNAs and ensure quality care per guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document patient conditions, care, and progress
• Collaborate with care team to develop and revise care plans
• Participate in care conferences and facility surveys
