Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient status.
• Execute physician orders within nursing practice guidelines.
• Perform/supervise tasks within LPN scope and seek assistance when beyond scope.
• Provide leadership and direction in supervising nursing staff.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to the health care team.
• Promote resident safety and well‑being through proper care and documentation.
