Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. You will work under the direction of RNs to provide direct patient care, supporting individuals with their health needs and delivering high-quality patient care across healthcare settings.

Shifts run 7:00AM–3:00PM (Day), 3:00PM–11:00PM, and 11:00PM–7:00AM, with hourly pay of $45/hr and weekly pay via Direct Deposit.

Qualifications

• Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as an LPN.
• Experience in healthcare preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
