Weatherly Inn in Renton, WA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living community. This role collaborates with families and the care team, following care plans, administering medications, and monitoring residents.

This full-time opportunity offers weekend and holiday shifts, $38.00-$39.00 per hour (DOQ) with merit-based increases and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ year of nursing or related experience preferred.
• Active Washington State LPN License required.
• Certifications: CPR, Fundamentals of Caregiving, and Dementia & Mental Health Training (upon hire or within designated timeframe).

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform checks with accurate documentation.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures and relevant regulations.
• Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication room.
