Job summary

NHC HealthCare West Plains in West Plains, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family-oriented team. You will work with an interdisciplinary care team to assess patients, plan care, and provide compassionate nursing services.

You’ll communicate openly with patients and families, assist with medications and treatments, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment focused on quality, dignity, and individualized care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN license is required.
• Caring, compassionate, and positive attitude.
• Team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
• Prior Matrix and SNF experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and care planning.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
• Provide compassionate and appropriate nursing care.
• Assist with medications and treatments.
• Perform other patient care duties as assigned.
