Job summary

NHC HealthCare West Plains is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to join our family-oriented SNF in West Plains, MO. The RN will work with the interdisciplinary care team to assess and plan care, communicate with patients and families, and supervise LPNs and nursing staff.

Registered Nurse (RN) for family - oriented SNF in West Plains, MO

NHC HealthCare West Plains is looking for an RN to join our team to provide compassionate care to our patients. The ideal Registered Nurse candidate is caring, compassionate, has a positive attitude and is a team player. Responsibilities include working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and plan of care; maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families; assuring that appropriate nursing care is provided; assisting with medications and treatments; supervising LPNs and other nursing partners; and performing other patient care duties as assigned.
