Job summary
Rosedale Health and Rehabilitation Richmond, VA is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our compassionate clinical team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with competitive pay, meaningful shift work, and a supportive environment.
As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor resident health, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, and help preserve dignity and comfort for our residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting.
Qualifications
- VA LPN license required.
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
- LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care meeting resident needs per standards and orders.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Assist with resident comfort.
- Monitor samples, catheters, and provide wound care.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and state/federal requirements.
- Track patient history, vitals, and physical condition.
- Coach staff as necessary.
