Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per standards, orders, and policies.
• Administer medications and treatments with care.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow required regulations.
• Track and review patient history, vital signs, and condition.
• Coach staff as needed.
