Job summary

Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license.
- Clinical experience with the elderly; supervisory experience preferred.
- Must communicate effectively in English with residents, families and staff.
- Ability to be on-call and respond to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents according to policy and standards.
- Promptly report changes and safety concerns to Administrator or physicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of care.
- Foster warm, respectful interactions with residents and families.
- Assist in maintaining resident safety and well-being at all times.
