Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents following Senior Lifestyle guidelines.
• Administer medications in accordance with Federal and State regulations.
• Assist with admissions including assessments and documentation.
• Develop and update acute and long-term care plans.
• Track clinical data (e.g., wounds, infection control) under supervision.
• Consult on health-related concerns for residents within the community.
• Notify physicians or family of health changes with proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Communicate with all departments and staff regularly.
• Provide educational sessions for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Manage discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
