National Lutheran’s Village at Orchard Ridge in Winchester, VA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for PRN day and night shifts. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor health status, and document care under physician orders.

Collaborate with RNs, doctors, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care; uphold infection control and safety standards, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Formación

• Current LPN license in VA
• 3-5 years of experience in hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare facility
• Ability to administer medications and follow care plans
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes
• Document care provided and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
• Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
