Job summary
The Village at Orchard Ridge, part of National Lutheran Communities & Services, is seeking a full-time Day Shift LPN in Winchester, VA to brighten lives with patient-centered care. You will administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure safety and quality of life for older adults in a warm, supportive environment.
Required Virginia LPN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience; competitive pay, shift differential, generous PTO, retirement
Qualifications
- Current Virginia LPN license required.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care or related setting.
- Heart for serving older adults with dignity and compassion.
- Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Desire to grow in a supportive, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
- Monitor residents’ health and timely report changes.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and team for holistic well-being.
- Support safety and infection-control protocols.
