Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state license as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents while checking on well-being and communicating changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire the team and collaborate with Wellness Directors in assessing and documenting resident assessments.
