Hebrew SeniorLife is seeking an LPN to collaborate with RNs and provide quality nursing care on a clinical unit. The role emphasizes patient dignity, autonomy, and a culture of safety while supporting unit operations.

The LPN will participate in rounds, document care, and mentor PCAs, with opportunities for charge nurse responsibilities under RN oversight. Strong communication and critical thinking are essential.

Competenze

• Graduate of approved school of nursing.
• Massachusetts license as LPN in good standing.
• Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
• Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented.

Mansioni

• Provides clinical/supervisory oversight to the unit during a shift.
• Delegates assignments to the team.
• Audits/ensures completion of admissions or discharges with RN cos-sign.
