Cura Health is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team in Minnesota. You will deliver resident-centered care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a valid LPN license, complete an accredited practical nursing program, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
• Assess residents, monitor changes, and notify healthcare providers as needed.
• Document care, medication administration, and observations in the electronic health record.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs, providing guidance and support.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and resident assessments.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.
• Perform nursing procedures within scope, including wound and catheter care.
