Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN is required at all times.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office, electronic health record systems, and HR-related systems as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and medication administration following physician orders and nursing standards.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing and care staff to meet residents' needs.
• Review and revise assessments and care plans at admission and as conditions change.
• Document observations, interventions, and daily care activities in the nursing record.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and nutritional/hydration needs.
• Promote safety and fall prevention; respond to emergencies promptly.
