Job summary

Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care to residents in a secure, supportive environment. The role emphasizes daily living assistance, adherence to care plans, and teamwork with RA/CNA staff to maintain high-quality memory care.

Ideal candidates hold a current LPN license, CPR certification, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Reading, writing and basic math and verbal communication skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Build close relationships with residents.
Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff.
Provide stellar resident care as per each resident’s care plan.
Make resident safety a daily priority.

We Are Looking For

As Part Of a Team-oriented Workplace, LPNs Participate In Training Opportunities And Offer Help To Other Areas And Staff In Need. The Typical Work Of a LPN Can Include

Build and maintain close relationships with residents

Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns

Requirements
