Job summary
AccentCare in Madison, MS is seeking an LVN/LPN for a full-time day shift. Under RN supervision, you will provide direct patient care across pediatric to geriatric patients and document progress. Compensation includes per-point pay with an estimated annual range of $48,000–$54,000.
Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with one weekend per month on call. Must be a graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program, hold an active LPN license in the state of operation, have CPR
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Currently licensed as LPN in the state of agency operation.
- One year of LVN/LPN work experience.
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
Responsibilities
- Performs clinical nursing functions and direct patient care under RN supervision.
- Promotes and maintains optimal client care under RN supervision.
- Maintains a safe patient environment.
- Identifies significant changes in patient data and communicates to case manager.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments and reviews drug therapies for safety.
