Complete Care at Madison is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. You will administer medications, monitor residents’ health, and document changes to care plans, supporting safe, high-quality care daily.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents’ health and promptly report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and safety standards.
