Erickson Senior Living Windsor Run in Matthews, NC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical care to residents in a supportive, aging-friendly environment. Responsibilities include administering medications, updating care plans, documenting in the electronic medical record, supervising care associates, and coordinating with RNs.

Qualifications

• Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with residents and families with a caregiver approach.
• Assessing and documenting residents' clinical condition in the EMR.
• Updating care plans to reflect changes in needs.
• Supervising and leading care associates.
• Administering medications timely and accurately.
• Participating in resident outcome meetings and care reviews.
• Responding professionally to residents and families.
