Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Arkansas RN or LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe and evaluate residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Prepare and administer medications charts as required.
• Administers treatments.
• Consults with physicians.
• Communicates with director of nursing and staff.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
