Holston Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Kingsport, TN is hiring an LPN for a compassionate nursing team. We offer day and night shifts with competitive $28-$31/hour pay, plus night/weekend differentials and a supportive work environment focused on growth and work-life balance.

As an LPN on shift you will oversee nursing care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise staff, administer medications, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Certification in State of Tennessee
• Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
