Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our night-shift clinical team in Tennessee. The position runs 6:00 p.m.

to 6:00 a.m., with pay up to $34 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• CPR certification current or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and provide guidance to CNAs as assigned.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, comfort, and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing regulations.
• Respond to resident needs and clinical emergencies.
• Participate in care planning, shift reports, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned
