Job summary

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night-shift clinical team in Tennessee. The role offers a 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. shift with pay up to $34 per hour, depending on experience.

You will provide high-quality nursing care in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining documentation, and upholding resident-centered care and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, as required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Ability to meet the 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. night shift requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise CNAs as assigned.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, comfort, and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable nursing regulations.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and clinical emergencies.
• Participate in care planning, shift reports, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
