Job summary
Homewood Living Williamsport is seeking an experienced LPN to support resident care in the evening shift. You will administer medications, document care, and lead Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides to ensure compassionate, high-quality service.
You will participate in care planning, assess residents' needs, and maintain confidential records. Strong English communication and a valid LPN license are required, with opportunities for professional growth and benefits.
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license in the state you will be providing care.
Responsibilities
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing techniques.
- Maintains accurate and descriptive records of medical and nursing care.
- Assigns daily resident care duties to Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides, monitors delivery of care.
- Transcribes and carries out physician orders and assists during physician visits.
- Participates in resident care planning and evaluates residents' physical and psychological needs.
- Supportive leadership to the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
