Piedmont Columbus Midtown is looking for an LPN to provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider for patients across the lifespan, using the nursing process within our policies. The role emphasizes teamwork and applying compassionate, technology-assisted care.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the care team, maintain licensure and BCLS, and complete any required certifications within specified timelines to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an LPN program
• New graduates eligible; Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred
• LPN license in state required
• BCLS required
• ACLS in ED required
• PALS in ED within 180 days required
• LPNs new to specialty will complete applicable certifications within 180 days

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider using the nursing process
• Guide ancillary staff and collaborate with other health care professionals to deliver quality care
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability and apply compassionate, technologically appropriate care
