Qualifications

• Graduate of an LPN program is required.

• BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
• ACLS if working in Emergency Department required.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support if working in Emergency Department within 180 days required.
• LPNs new to specialty will complete applicable certifications within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse or provider.
• Guide ancillary staff and collaborate with other health care professionals.
