Qualifications

• Graduate of an LPN program required.
• New graduates of an accredited nursing program are eligible.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
• LPN license required.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS required if ED
• PALS required if ED within 180 days.
• LPNs new to specialty will complete applicable certifications within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider to patients from birth through lifecycle.
• Guide ancillary staff and collaborate with other health care professionals in delivering quality care.
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability and provide holistic care with compassion and competency.
