Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider, across birth through the lifecycle. You will follow the nursing process, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure holistic patient care with compassionate, technologically appropriate practice.

Graduate of an LPN program with state licensure is required, along with BCLS certification; ACLS and PALS may be required depending on the ED

Qualifications

• Graduate of an LPN program is required.
• State licensure as an LPN is required.
• BCLS certification is required.
• ACLS is required if working in the Emergency Department.
• PALS certification is required if working in the Emergency Department within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Guide ancillary staff and ensure professional growth and accountability.
• Follow Piedmont Healthcare policies and procedures in care delivery.

Education

Graduate of an LPN program

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Required
