Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license active and in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25-50 pounds with or without accommodations.

Responsabilités

• Communicate changes in condition clearly with residents and families.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to support care plans.
• Mentor and guide nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
