Qualifications

• Active LPN license issued in Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care planning and treatments under RN supervision.
• Demonstrate knowledge to care for residents on the assigned unit.
• Review resident records to ensure nursing practice complies with state and federal guidelines.
• Document care and report changes to the shift supervisor.
• Review referrals for consultation or treatment and ensure they fit the nurse plan.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expand responsibilities to maintain competency.
