Job summary

Arbors at Marietta in Marietta, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate and provide nursing care for residents. You will supervise and guide clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.

Starting wages range from $33.00 to $42.00 per hour, with a weekend warrior premium and flexible pay options. Experience preferred, CPR certified, and an active LPN license in Ohio are required to contribute to a patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year experience in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Supervises and directs junior staff and CNAs.
• Administers medications and performs treatments per regulations.
• Coordinates nursing care during therapy or procedures.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are maintained safely.
• Interviews applicants and participates in staffing decisions.
