Evergreen Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Stafford Springs, CT. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and work closely with our interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license issued by the state.

Responsibilities
