Job summary

Life Care Centers of America, Greeneville, TN, is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide quality nursing care to patients and monitor changes in their condition while coordinating with CNAs under supervision.

We value patient-centered care, adherence to Life Safety and regulatory standards, and professional collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. An active LPN license and CPR training are required.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.
Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
Deliver quality nursing care with excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
