Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The LPN will deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support well-being in our facilities.

You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, reporting changes, and providing guidance to CNAs under supervision, while upholding Life Care standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsabilités

• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
