Life Care Centers of America in Bruceton, TN seeks a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The LPN will provide compassionate nursing care, monitor patients, and report changes in condition to the team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
