Saint Therese is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse for evening shifts (Wednesdays 6:30pm–7:00am) with residents in our skilled nursing unit. You will administer meds, deliver treatments, monitor health, and document care in the electronic records.

You’ll supervise STNAs and collaborate with the care team to maintain high standards of safety and patient-centered care. Ideal candidates hold an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and Ohio medication administration credentials, with

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in Ohio
• Current CPR certification
• Completion of Ohio requirements for medication administration
• Knowledge of Ohio healthcare regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to supervise STNAs and care team members
• Adherence to attendance and professional standards
• Ability to meet post-offer screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and orders
• Safely administer medications and treatments and monitor responses
• Document accurately in electronic health records
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Manager and family
• Coordinate and supervise STNAs
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Promote compassionate, person-centered care
