Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to assist with resident transfers (50+ lbs).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents as per care plans.
• Administer medications safely and monitor responses.
• Document using electronic health records accurately.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to Nursing staff.
• Guide and coordinate Nursing Assistants for quality care.
