StoneBridge Senior Living in Conway, AR, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team dedicated to elderly residents. The role requires compassionate patient care, accurate medication administration, and coordination with nurses and physicians to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years in long-term care, with basic computer skills and EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
• Prefer 2 years’ experience in a long-term care setting.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing care and ensures residents have appropriate nurse aide support.
• Administers and documents medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provides wound care, catheter care, oxygen care, and related treatments as ordered.
• Notifies physician of status changes and documents new orders.
• Prepares work assignments considering resident safety and staff capabilities.
• Reports staff shortages to nursing management.
• Participates in employee actions related to rewards or discipline.
