Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide licensed nursing services to residents in a compassionate, team-based environment. This role requires weekend coverage on an alternating schedule, 8 hours per day, with duties including medication administration and care-plan updates.

The ideal candidate has an active LPN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of senior-care experience.

Qualifications

• LPN license currently active in the state you practice in.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in senior care or related field.
• CPR certification is required.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents following company guidelines.
• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Participate in admissions assessments and documentation as needed.
• Develop and update acute and long-term care/service plans.
• Provide health-related consultations and notify physicians or families of changes.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with staff.
