Job summary

McLeod Plaza Family Medicine in Florence is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to support the physician team in a busy outpatient setting.

You will assist with triage, patient assessments, treatments, injections, patient education, and coordinate tests and referrals while maintaining accurate charting.

A valid LPN license and Basic Life Support certification are required; BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire; teamwork and compassionate care are essential.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician in patient assessment and care.
• Perform triage, procedures, treatments, education, discharge and follow-up.
• Prepare medications and injections as ordered by physician.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment per OSHA standards.
• Coordinate and schedule tests and referrals for patients.
• Document all patient information accurately in the chart.
