Job summary

The McLeod Health Physician Office LPN position supports physicians by assessing patient needs through history, exams, triage, and diagnostic data to ensure high-quality care. You will be a key member of the clinical team in a busy physician office, applying nursing skills in a multifaceted setting.

This on-site role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current SC or compact LPN license, and BLS certification, with lactation certification desired depending on office

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Must possess a valid South Carolina or compact (multi-state) LPN license.
• Active Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications per office requirements.
• Lactation Certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician in assessing patient needs via history, observation and physical exam.
• Triage calls and analyze diagnostic data to support high-quality patient care.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team in the physician office.
