The LPN provides direct patient care, supports clinic procedures, administers medications and immunizations, and assists with care coordination under supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on long appointment times to listen and educate.

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability to work a shift scheduled between 8AM and 7PM Monday through Friday with occasional short weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support in outpatient primary care.
• Assist with clinical procedures, medication administration, immunizations, and specimen collection.
• Educate patients about medications and preventive care; support care coordination and documentation.
• Support providers, supervise Medical Assistants as a clinical resource, and ensure infection prevention standards.
