Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes to RNs/physicians promptly.
• Assist with wound care, catheters, and other procedures as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-treatment care.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and infection control.
