Job summary

Jennings Center For Older Adults is seeking an LPN to join our nursing team on 2nd and 3rd shifts, full-time or part-time, including every other weekend. The role requires an Ohio LPN license and NAPNES certification, with 2 years of experience preferred, especially in assisted living.

You will supervise care, administer medications, document resident responses, and collaborate with staff to deliver compassionate, values-based care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Ohio license and NAPNES certification.
• 2 years experience preferred, especially in assisted living.
• Must relate well to residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate care and activities, initiating corrective action as needed.
• Identify nursing problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures when physician is unavailable.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and document care provided.
• Document resident responses and maintain accurate, legible notes and charts.
