Job summary

Haven Homes, a Cassia community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. The role involves medication administration, teamwork with an engaged staff, and upholding our nonprofit mission in Maple Plain, MN.

Position is full-time with a varied schedule, including every other weekend, and wage range $28.00–$34.66 per hour depending on experience. Join a stable, award-winning team dedicated to making a difference in older adults’ lives.

Qualifications

• MN LPN license in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and/or treatments as ordered and monitors effectiveness.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes in a resident's condition.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Performs additional duties as required.
