Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehab in Tacoma, WA is seeking compassionate LPNs for full-time roles on 12-hour and 8-hour shifts. The pay range is $36.00–$41.56 per hour with shift differentials, plus a comprehensive benefits package and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the applicable state.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Previous long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per standards of practice and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional and psychosocial well-being.
