GetHired, Inc. in Western Kentucky is seeking dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join a locally owned nursing home group. Provide safe, compassionate care in a resident-centered environment and coordinate daily nursing tasks across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Kentucky.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home environment preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work shifts (including nights).
• Commitment to compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and policy.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care.
• Document care in EMAR/EHR accurately.
• Communicate with CNAs, providers and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Support and supervise nursing assistants during shifts.
• Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment.
